The TLC restoration project is estimated to cost $1,000,000 over five years, starting in 2011. But progress will only occur at the rate of funding. Funds will be mostly raised from many individual contributions of all sizes, from government and foundation grants, and from naming opportunities, and local business support.
With just a click you can use the online service Just Give. Or contact TLC directly.
You can download these BROCHURES. It may take a moment.

“Cultural attractions are not a luxury. They anchor downtown. If there is vitality downtown, there is growth …(from Hillary Clinton's speech as former U.S. Senator for NY, at the Strand Theater, Plattsburgh, 2007)
"Rebecca Kelly Ballet programs serve as an example for other communities around the country in illustrating how the arts can partner with the commercial sector. I applaud Rebecca Kelly Ballet's commitment to establish, energize, and enliven the many communities in northern upstate New York into a vibrant region that encourages robust economic and cultural activity." Hillary Clinton, (2007)
2010-11 support for TLC's Architectural planning and design is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, celebrating 50 years of building strong, creative communities in New York State's 62 counties. |
